My Approach
My work is integrative and grounded in mindfulness-based and third-wave approaches, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), and Mindful Self-Compassion (MSC), alongside cognitive-behavioural and existential/experiential approaches.
I focus on understanding the patterns that shape how you relate—to yourself, to others, and to the systems around you. This includes working with neurodivergent individuals, including late-identified autistic adults, and supporting ways of relating that honour different needs, communication styles, and capacities.
My work is informed by a queer-positive, trauma-informed, and anti-oppressive framework. I integrate my clinical training and professional experience with my lived experience as a queer and neurodivergent person.
